'Fitness Video | Stay fit @home using a skipping/jumping rope | Mom\'s fitness routine | Part - 1'

'Hi Friends,  Thanks for all the support and motivation sent through your likes, subscribes and comments on the PROMO.  As promised to share a new video every wee, here is our first video on Fitness. That\'s my sister peeping in the corner in mid of the video :P Please ignore :) This is a part of our fitness routine. Do stay tuned for more such videos.   Few do\'s and dont\'s --  Always keep your shoulders relaxed and your elbows close to your body. Your knees should be slightly bent. Turn the rope from the wrist as shown in the video. Aim to keep a smooth arc as the rope passes over your head. Never hunch over. Keep your back straight and your head up and be comfortable. Jump low to keep the impact on your knees and ankles to a minimum. Take enough breaks and do not attempt this on a continuous effort.   With love Rajya Lakshmi Aishwarya'
